Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (“Flowkeep”, “we”, “us”) for your use of the Flowkeep website at getflowkeep.com and the Flowkeep app (the “Service”). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The service
Flowkeep is a personal organization tool for tracking bills, paychecks, debts, net worth and goals. Flowkeep does not connect to your bank or move money. Information in Flowkeep comes from what you enter or import, and calculations (such as amounts left after bills, payoff estimates or net worth) are only as accurate as that information.
Not financial advice
Flowkeep provides tools and estimates for your own planning. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice, and we are not a bank, lender, broker or financial advisor. Always confirm amounts and due dates with your bank and billers, and talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Accounts are for one person and can’t be shared or resold.
Pricing & payment
Flowkeep is currently offered to new users for a one-time introductory payment of $69 (USD, plus any applicable tax). Payments are processed by Stripe. The one-time payment gives you access to the features included in your plan — currently Income, Net worth, Goals and Settings.

Refunds

To request a refund, contact support@getflowkeep.com from the email address on your purchase.
Your data
You own the information you add to Flowkeep. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. You can delete your account and data at any time from your Profile.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- break the law or use the Service to harm others;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around security or payment;
- overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service;
- upload malicious code or content you don’t have the right to use.
Our content
The Flowkeep software, design, name and logo belong to us. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; they don’t transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Flowkeep running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we stop offering the Service entirely, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can save your information.
Ending your account
You can stop using Flowkeep and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We’re not responsible for decisions you make based on information in Flowkeep, or for missed or late payments.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flowkeep won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Flowkeep after changes take effect means you accept them.
